If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Declined transactions
  • Bank fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Third-party payment service outages

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party providers, including Printful.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

6. Accounts

If you create an account on the Site:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may submit product reviews and blog comments.

By submitting content, you:

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, errors, or failures of third-party services.
