Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Stone & Broom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather or natural events
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Circumstances outside our control

Once an order has been marked as shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Free shipping:

  • Applies only to standard domestic shipping
  • Does not apply to expedited shipping methods
  • Does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders outside the lower 48 states.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned orders
  • Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to restocking or handling fees

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Stone & Broom is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-delayed deliveries

We will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement once the carrier confirms delivery.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

Stone & Broom is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
