All Items Are Made to Order
All Stone & Broom products are printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ve got you covered.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but never arrives, or is lost in transit:
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We’ll investigate and replace the item if the carrier confirms a loss
Size Exchanges
We do not offer automatic size exchanges.
If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order. If the original item is unused, you’re welcome to keep or donate it.
Returns Sent Without Authorization
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unrequested or unauthorized returns may not be refunded and may be donated.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Hygiene & Safety Items
Certain items (such as face coverings or other hygiene-sensitive products) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
EU & International Orders
For customers in the EU:
- Products are considered custom-made
- Under EU consumer law, custom goods are not eligible for withdrawal or return once produced

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
